 At 5:00am this morning (Fri) George Plummer and Joe McIntosh stopped by the Ludwell Chiropratic Clinic on Grand Blvd for our first official weigh in under the supervision of Dr. Chris Ludwell. We went on the Ideal Protein Diet Monday. George lose 12 pounds and I lost 13. Its the Ideal protein Diet. Wow. Bruce weighs in later this morning.
